Most orders received before 12:00 noon EST, are shipped that day. Orders
received after this time will generally ship the next business day.
Stock levels change constantly due both to our daily shipment arrivals,
and our everyday walk-in customers, therefore not all items are guaranteed
to be in stock at any given moment.
Due to market conditions, precious metal fluctuation, and the dollar's strength
vs. the Euro, prices are subject to change without notice.
Please note that we do not keep backorders on file unless you request that
we do so. If no request is made to log your backorder, all shipments will
be considered complete when shipped.

ID number with your first order.
Minimum Order: $50 per order.
Payment: We accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex. We keep card numbers
on file for future orders unless you instruct us not to. We will also ship
UPS COD with cashier’s check,or money orders only. Personal checks
will not be accepted for COD orders.
Shipping: We ship via UPS only. No merchandise will be sent via USPS. Minimum
shipping cost is $9.95. We are not responsible for shipments lost by UPS,
but will gladly provide the tracking number for you. We can trace lost shipments
for you as well. Reimbursement for a lost shipment will be refunded upon
UPS’ reimbursement to us.
Returns: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt for goods in original
condition for store credit only upon approval of management. All approved
merchandise returned in original condition will incur a 20% restocking Fee.
We will not accept returns of special order, custom chain length, or items
that have been used. Defective items will gladly be accepted for exchange.
Please insure that returns are properly packaged to prevent damage during
transit. A bubble envelope shipped via US Mail is likely to become damaged.
